Course Summary:
The material presented provides an introduction to remote sensing, maritime data including Automated Identification System, as well as the foundations for developing C++ tools using the Open Computer Vision (OpenCV) library and Open Source Software Image Map (OSSIM) library. These foundations provide participants with required background knowledge to develop Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) tools, as well as understand and be able to process various MDA data.
