The aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers from different institutions in Chile interested by the devolpment of statistical methods for the anaysis of such data sets. The following talks will be given:

Friday 19th of November (CMM Seminar Room, 7º floor)
– 16:00 hrs « Morphology-Based Multiple Hypothesis Testing (MBMHT) in random fields with applications in neuroimaging », by Rolando Biscay (CIMFAV, Universidad de Valparaiso)
– 16 50 hrs « Geometrical principal component analysis of images », by Alfredo Lopez (CMM, Universidad de Chile).
– 17:40 hrs « Statistical models for supernova detection in astronomical imaging », by Jérémie Bigot (CMM, Universidad de Chile).
